Brief : A complete coverage including printing of team-on-the-tee pictures to the guests/clients on the evening, 16 four balls, one-tee sequential start, early morning start, evening event at a different location, Picture Show after the prizes at about 10pm, pictures to be made available to buy on the website, contribution to charity from each print sold, midweek.

Costs

2 Photographers (midweek prices) : £ 245 + £ 245 = £ 490

16 x 4 team shots on the tee : (£6 per print includes a mount) = £ 384

Company embossed logo on the front of the mount : £1 extra per print = £ 64

Travel costs : 30p per mile x 2 photographers = £ 64

Picture Show in the evening : £ 195

Website : Free of charge

CD of lo-res images delivered for company's own website purposes : £ 75

Overnight expenses : £ 65 x 2 = £ 130
